Refund Policy

At Cranky Crow Aesthetics, LLC., we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. Please review our policy regarding cancellations, deposits, and refunds:

1. No Refunds for Services Rendered

• All services provided are non-refundable once performed.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for a full refund of any required deposits or rescheduling at no additional cost.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will forfeit any required deposits made to secure the appointment and may be assessed a cancellation fee as disclosed at the time of booking.

3. No Shows

• Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will not receive any refund, including any required deposits and may be assessed a cancellation fee as disclosed at the time of booking.

4. Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. We encourage clients to provide as much notice as possible to secure a new appointment time.
• Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the policy above.
